English-Test
n HTML code, alt text is the part of images and similar elements that is intended to contain a reference to what is expressed in the element displayed. For example, if the image cannot be loaded or the format is not supported by the web browser, the alt text is displayed instead. This is intended to convey the content of an image to visually impaired people or website visitors whose browser cannot or should not display images. According to the official HTML specification, omitting this alt text from images is considered a defect.
